How it works
Prior to consultation you will need to fill out one or two short questionnaires and a brief eating diary. These can be posted to you, or simply download by clicking here Killer Movie full movie .
Please complete them and post, email or hand back to me as soon as you possibly can. Once I have received these documents, I will look over the information and discuss my findings with you when we talk. You will then receive a written set of recommendations in your post-consultation pack, along with any other relevant support materials. Feel free to contact me by email or phone if you have any questions about the forms.
The consultation lasts 90- minutes, during which we discuss your diet and lifestyle, concentrating on areas that concern you. And then, together, we set realistic goals and strategies to motivate you and keep you on track. There is also time for a questions and answers session.
After this, I will build you an individualized file that will contain the recommendations we discussed during your consultation, along with other support materials.
Further down the track we will schedule a 30- minute follow-up session to assess your progress. This could be done, if you prefer, over the phone or by email.
