Welcome to Foodintuition. My name is Gabriel Evans and I am an IB World School Teacher, a holistic health educator, and a former chef and restaurateur. I am passionate about natural food and wholesome eating and Foodintuition reflects what and how I eat, and the way I live. At its heart is my passion, expertise and experience and a real desire to make a difference.
Through this website, my book Foodintuition and my talks and classes, I aim to change the way you think about food and health, the way you feel about yourself and the way you live your life. My goal is to empower you to be able to make positive changes to your diet and lifestyle that are good for you, your family, your community and our planet.
I am big supporter of Compassion in World Farming. Five percent of any profit on book sales and all the proceeds from talks and classes will go to support Compassion in World Farming’s work to end factory farming.
